CRANBERRY JELLO RELISH

JELLO RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb fresh cranberries crushed or minced
  • 2 packages black cherry Jello
  • 1 medium orange peeled and seeded (all white must be removed)
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts crushed
  • 1 cup sugar

JELLO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Using a food processor, crush fresh cranberries until fine. Add 1 cup of sugar and mix well and set aside for 30 minutes. Crush or grind nuts with orange add to large bowl. Mix black cherry Jello using ONLY 1 cup of hot water per package and no cold water. Add to nuts and orange mixture. Mix all ingredients together and add to mold or glass bowl.

Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.This is also great if made up to 1-2 days ahead...enjoy it !

JELLO RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 2-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor

Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, or any other flavor
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
  • 4 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries), divided 42 NILLA Wafers
JELLO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well
blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Reserve 1/4 cup of the berries; set aside. ARRANGE 21 of the wafers on bottom and up side of 2-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Spoon one-third of the pudding mixture into prepared bowl; cover with half of the remaining berries. Top with layers of half of the remaining pudding mixture, remaining 21 wafers and remaining berries. Cover with layers of the remaining pudding mixture, remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and reserved 1/4 cup berries. Cover with plastic wrap.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving. Then the lemon jello berry trifle is done....great taste !

JELLO RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Raspberry

Flavor Gelatin
  • 1/2 of 12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 3 cups raspberries
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 12 waffle cones
JELLO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large freezerproof bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in frozen lemonadeconcentrate. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
MASH raspberries with fork. Add to gelatin mixture along with the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cover. FREEZE 4 hours or until solid. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Scoop into cones. Return any remaining raspberry mixture to freezer. Hmm...great taste of rasberry jello..!

  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
  • 2-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor

Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
Jello Recipe Instructions :
SLICE 2 of the bananas; arrange evenly on bottom of crust.
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread over banana slices in crust. FREEZE 6 hours or until firm. When ready to serve, remove pie from freezer. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. or until pie can be cut easily. Slice remaining banana. Arrange on top of pie. Drizzle with chocolate syrup; sprinkle with almonds. Store leftovers in freezer. The frozen Jello Banana Pudding Pie is ready to serve.....hmmm nice taste !
