- 2/3 cup of boiling water
- 1 package of Jell-O brand gelatin
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
- 2 tubs of Cool Whip
- 1 Honey Maid pie crust
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to measure 1 cup. Combine with gelatin mixture, stirring until the ice melts.
Stir of in 1 tub of whipped topping with a wire whisk until smooth.Refrigerate 15 to 20 min or until mixture thickens. Spoon into crust and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings.Enjoy the jello pie !
